Participants in the referral program, provide us with contact information (like the individual or business name, phone number and e-mail address) for friends, family and business associates whom they refer to. By providing such information, the referring participant certifies that they have received permission from the referred person to disclose such contact information and that the referred person has given their permission to receive email communications from LouddMouth. We treat referral information with the same confidentiality as member information. LouddMouth.com may call or send the referred person a one-time e-mail. The person referred to us only becomes enrolled and credited as either a referral consumer or business member if they choose to respond to the e-mail and pay for services and enter their information into our LouddMouth portals. Any referral credits, promotions, special offers, discounts, pricing or other information listed is subject to change and is the sole discretion of LouddMouth and its affiliates.
